Registration Process, Application Forms and Fees
Registration process
To re-register your UK trade mark, patent, or design in Jersey, you will need the following documents:

Completed application form (see below)

Certified copy of the UK registration. This document should be requested from the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) and must be certified by the Comptroller-General of the UK IPO.

Receipt for payment of the appropriate fee for your application.

Once you have all the documents ready, email your application to IPR@courts.je. Make sure your email includes individual attachments for each document.

After processing, we will send you an electronic copy of your certificate by email and we will send you the original signed and sealed certificate by post shortly after.
