Jersey Court Service
Accessible justice for all
Forthcoming changes to court fees
To further improve access to justice in Jersey we have made changes to court fees and payments. On April 28th we launched a new online payment service which should be used for paying court fees instead of Treasury Receipts. We will continue to accept 'over the counter' card payments for some services, and to further support this, we have installed additional card payment machines in the Judicial Greffe and the Petty Debts Court. Please note that cash and cheques will no longer be accepted. From April 28th Jurat Stamps will no longer be required, and these will be phased out over a three-month period. Further information can be found on the court fees page.
